Change of Mind?
If you have simply changed your mind and you are able to provide the tax invoice, we may offer you an exchange or refund provided that:
The item is in a saleable condition
The item is still in it's original raw state (no finish applied)
The item is not subject to the exclusion listed below
The exchange or refund is sought within 7 days of receipt of goods.
If you are unable to provide the tax invoice or 7 days have elapsed since the date the goods were received, we at our absolute discretion reserve the right not to offer an exchange or refund for change of mind. In some cases, we may, at our absolute discretion, provide you with a credit note to our current value of the product.
We are not required to provide you with a copy of your original receipt to facilitate an exchange, refund, insurance or warranty claim.
Exclusions
Valid tax invoice
A valid tax invoice is the invoice provided to you upon pick up or delivery of goods.
Consumer Guarantees
Under Australian Consumer Law products and services carry consumer guarantees. You are entitled to a refund, replacement or repair of products that:

These rights are in addition to the change of mind policy an are not limited by a defined time frame. However the Australian Consumer Law does recognise that the relevant time period may vary by product ( or service) depending on the nature of the goods ( or service), the price paid and any representations made about the goods (or service)
In cases where claims are made for faulty items, it may be necessary for us to send your goods to the manufacturer to be assessed within a reasonable period of time. If there is a major failure with the item, you may choose a refund, exchange or repair. Minor failures will be repaired (or, at our discretion, we may replace the item) within a reasonable time.
Items that are damaged through misuse or abnormal use will not be eligible for a refund, exchange or repair.
A valid tax invoice is required before providing a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law.

Refunds will be given using your original payment method.

Delivery time frames
Please note the following time frames are approximate only - we cannot guarantee delivery time frames once an order has left our warehouse. We recommend using the tracking information provided after dispatch has occurred to receive updates on your order.
Vic (all), NSW Metro SA Metro, ACT: 1-3 business days
Qld Metro, NSW Regional, SA Regional: 2 - 4 business days

Delivery fees
We use multiple courier services to deliver your products directly to your door. This ensures your product is delivered quickly as well as safely.
Authority to leave (ATL)
If you will not be home during the day, please select one of the options at checkout where you would prefer your parcel to be left.
If you have any specific delivery instructions for your address, please email support@arc.haus.com.au as soon as you place your order. If no further instructions are provided, the driver will follow our "Authority to Leave" instructions and leave your parcel at the front door or at a location they seem secure.Additional Delivery Information
Unfortunately we do not ship to PO boxes - they are usually to small to accept our products. Please select an alternate address where delivery is possible, perhaps a family member, friend or even your workplace.
Please note drivers are not allowed to call you prior to delivery. so please ensure you enter the correct address, email address, and any required delivery instructions upon checkout to ensure a successful delivery. If the courier is unable to complete delivery due to incorrect, impartial or incomplete address you will be charged the standard applicable postage rate to re-send.
Tracking your order
Tracking information will be sent via confirmation email and SMS once your order has been dispatched. Simply click on the tracking number link receive updates on your order. If you don't receive tracking information immediately, please allow 24 hrs before contacting us to allow courier systems to update. ( For QLD, WA, TAS, NT and regional customers) please allow up to 48hrs.
If you have purchased multiple items in one order, in some circumstances, the courier may deliver these on separate days. Please allow up to 4 days for all split shipments to be delivered. Unfortunately, this is out of our control. Please check your tracking information for updates related to the remaining items to be delivered.
